Job Provider

Once you go in Register option you will be taken to another screen on JS/JP category. Click on Job Provider tab there. You will see short form for registration. Follow the instructions and accept the verification forwarded on your mail ID. Your registration form is now active. Fill the required details of your company and get registered.
If you wish to remove an already posted job from the site:
  • Go to the jobs section
  • Click on the ‘My Posted Jobs’
  • In the prompt that appears, click ‘Delete’.
It takes 30 minutes for a job posted to be visible on the site.
Properly registered Job providers can view/get the full profile of the candidates. (i.e. – Contact detail and Email,). For other details go on ‘My posted jobs’ and click on ‘Click Here’ Box and that will take you to candidate’s information. (i.e.– Applicant Name, Experience and Qualification.)
Posting a Job is a very simple procedure. Once you log into your account you will be taken to the Job Provider home screen. You will see several tabs. By clicking “Jobs” you will be taken to a screen to post new job. Simply fill in the required information on various fields and hit “POST”. That’s it! Your Job will go “live” and instantly viewable by iRojgar members seeking Jobs.
Job Posting and viewing is free on iRojgar up to 31-12-2015. However, you would be required to pay in case you wish to send sms alerts to the Job seekers.
No. The service is free of charge up to 31-12-2015
You can view responses received on the "MY POSTED JOB", after logging in. Here, you will get detailed profiles of all interested candidates. And you can check in your job list that how many candidates have applied/shown interest.
If a job has not been refreshed since 90 days, the job will be considered "Inactive".
Once a job is considered "Inactive", you need to refresh the job by logging into the system and opting to refresh the job. If this process is not done, the job posting will be removed from the system.
All jobs remain active on the site up to 31st December, 2015 from the date of posting. This is a cutoff date for free listing.
Log in to your account and Go on ‘Jobs’ tab, then click on “My Posted Jobs”. Click “Edit” icon shown against the job you wish to edit. This will take you to the pre-filled job posting form for that particular job. Make the desired changes there and finally post the job.

2Yes. If no activity has been observed on your profile for the last 90 days, your profile will be termed "Inactive". It will become "Active" again as soon as any activity is performed on your profile through any channel.

Job Seeker - Apply

Once you have selected the job/s that you desire to join and clicking on the apply button enables you to send your responses/wish to the recruiters simultaneously.
No. You need to be registered in order to apply for jobs at iRojgar.
Yes. You can apply for maximum 3 jobs after login on website.
Yes, when click on apply that will take you to job description page. And on the middle right there is an option like ‘This job is not matching with your category. But you can apply by changing your profile. CLICK HERE to change your profile quickly.  Change your category and resume accordingly, then you can apply for it.
In case of a successful job application, you will be informed of the same through the confirmation mail sent by us directly to your inbox
Once you have successfully applied for a particular job vacancy, any future correspondence towards the same lies solely at the discretion of the job provider firm/company. iRojgar does not know about it.

Job Seeker - Login

Once you opened homepage, click on login and choose who you are (i.e.: Job Seeker and Job Provider) then enter your Email ID and Password to log in.
Once you open the iRojgar website. You will find ‘Register’ option at the top right side, click on it, and choose who you are (i.e.: Job Seeker and Job Provider) then fill up your detail for registration. Details like Job industry, Full name, Email, Mobile no., Password and so on.
“My Application” enables you to check your job applications. It helps to keep an eye on - where you applied for job and its status.
‘Jobs Category’ enables you to search by selecting a particular industry that suits your job requirement. The option provides you with a comprehensive list of all the jobs that are available under the chosen category. Clicking on the box will narrow down the category, into the area of specialization that you are looking at.
‘Jobs Designation’ enables you to search by selecting a particular work profile that suits your desired job requirement. The option provides you with a comprehensive list of all the variety of jobs that are available under the chosen category. Clicking on the desired designation will narrow down the designation width, into the area of specialization that you are looking at.
Cities enable you to search by selecting a particular job in a location, where you want to do a job. The option provides you with a different list of all the cities that are available in South Gujarat.

iRojgar is a platform for employers and job seekers to meet, exchange information and get connected for a longer period of life. Skilled employee is one who is capable of working independently and efficiently and brings out accurate result. He must be capable of reading and working on simple instructions, drawing and process, if necessary. More intelligence and mental maturity is required.
Semi-skilled employee is one who has sufficient knowledge of the particular trade or above to do respective work and simple job with the help of simple tools and machines. (i.e.: Fresher, PEON, CHOWKIDAR, DURBAN, WATCHMAN, CLEANER, SWEEPER, LOADER, HELPER, and MALI). Less intelligence and more physical activity is needed.
In order to get the best search result, update your profile regularly. You can edit your profile on web. Once you have logged into your account, you can click on my profile and click “Profile” to make any changes in your profile. It is preferred that you regularly visit and update your profile.

Click on the "Forgot Password" link and enter your email ID. An auto-generated password will be sent to your email id. And we recommend you to change password immediately after login with that password.
a How can I post my Resume OR what is ‘Upload CVs’ at my profile menu?
If you want to provide more detail to us/ job provider, this is very useful facility created by us. Now a day your employer looks for specific task skill in a job seeker profile. Here you are able to upload more than one bio data/ resume/CVs showing more than one skill in different CVs. To post your Resume at iRojgar.com, reach to “My Profile” menu. Click on ‘upload cvs’. Follow the instructions than after.

Once you have registered with us by filling simple registration blanks, you have become a job seeker-member on this site. If you want to take maximum benefit of this website, it is necessary that we know more about you. Hence, this tag is kept. This menu ‘profile’, facilitates you to write more about you and your specific skills. Do take some time to provide proper information. These details are important information that the recruiters look for. Once you’ve completed this, your profile is registered with us. This is your default profile which is sent across to the recruiters when you apply for a particular job vacancy. We highly recommend you to fill all details correctly and honestly about your present recruiter and skills. Your resume should be comprehensive and one that gets you the jobs you are looking for.
Once you have logged in to your account, you are taken to the page that shows a brief summary of your account- ‘My Profile’. To change your account password, Click on “My Profile” and click on profile at the bottom right side option to change password is shown. You would need to enter your old password and write and confirm the new one. Once you specified and confirmed the new password it is to be used for all future reference.

Job Seeker - Search

Job Search is the facility provided by Rojgar Junction for all Job Seekers to search for Jobs based on criteria preferred by them. Basic job search involves only the default search criteria such as:
Job Industry – i.e. preferred industry/business/profession in which you would like to work.
Job Categories – i.e. department in which you would like to work such as purchase, back office, sell, etc.
Job Designations – post like clerk, officer, manager, etc.
Location – cities/towns/villages of south Gujarat region as we find job providers from this region.
Once you logged in to your account, you will find ‘Search’ option at the top right. You can easily search your job requirement with this option.
Search gives you an option to look for relevant jobs based on your specific requirements.
Step-1. In the Job Keyword box, type a description for the kind of job you are looking for - such as a job title and skill. Step-2. In the other boxes, type the Industry, the category, the designation and cities, where you want to find a job. Please write in all the boxes to find as perfect match as possible. Step-3. Click Filter or press Enter on your keyboard.
