Job Role(s) To develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
To conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
To arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Shall promote the companyâ€™s products/services addressing or predicting clientsâ€™ objectives
Prepare sales contracts/quotations ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
To keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
To build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
To develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
To generate daily reports
To generate and develop business relationships with an effective approach that maximizes both revenue and profitability, working to support agreed sales target
Shall devise and deliver tailored presentations to potential clients by using a wide range of presentation techniques.
Arrange promotional/awareness activities/events/meeting of the products
To interact with all relevant internal departments including customer services, Bid (bid = to quote) and operations teams.
To generate weekly reports.
To ensure all necessary support to down link ( i.e. to field executive, trainees)
To undertake any other duties commensurate with this position as designated by the nominated Senior Business Development Manager.
To transfer probable leads/business to concerned staff member
Shall provide management, quality assurance and compliance with the client requirements on bid capture efforts, across sectors.
Coordinate closely with technical teams in all aspects of capture and proposal processes.
Plan and get approval for promotional activity budget
To support/ ensure comfortable delivery as promised in deal.
To conduct long-term and short-term strategic research/ feedback from clients/customers.
To check and plan cross sale, vertical sale of other products of company
Manage a database of partners, associates setting up meetings and facilitating relationship
To maintain new business files, resources and tools.
To support training program to build the capacity of business development across the division.
To develop and cultivate relationships with technical specialists, subject-matter experts, and professional writers to contribute to technical solution designs, reviews, and analysis of proposals and business development strategy within the practice.
