Last but not the least; the candidate should have some work experience in facing the customers.
Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.

Job Role(s) To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
Shall visit potential customers for new business
To make accurate, rapid price/cost calculations
To provide quotations to customers
To negotiate the terms of sales agreement and closing sales
Collect the information of market and customer
To represent organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with your companyâ€™s managers
Shall be aware about product features
Advises on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
To check quantities of goods on display and in stock
Shall finalize and keep record of sales and order information and send order copies to the sales office for further action
Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
To answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
Performs cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options.
Promotes specific products as directed by upper management. Prepare and understand USP (unique selling points) of product in comparison to rivals.
To inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts.
Maintains positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.
To develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
