Job Description Assisting and coordinating with sales team and marketing team
Supporting administrative staff
Conducting marketing research
Assisting front office staff in maintaining the office premises, scheduling events, and organizing
Supporting sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts
Documentation and reporting to the marketing department
Helping hr in conducting interviews
Ensuring if everything is working in a perfect manner
Keeping a close look at all equipments in the company and taking relevant action if equipment
Using technology to keep the company updated behind the curtains

Candidate Eligibility

Qualification 10th(SSC), 12th(HSC), B.Com. (Commerce)

Gender Male

Age 18 - 30

Languages Gujarati - Reading, Writing, Speaking

Job Role(s) To assist and coordinate with sales team and marketing team.
To assist the front office team.
To support the administrative staff.
To assist front office staff in maintaining the office premises and doing scheduling, organizing, maintaining, conducting, following up events/meetings of company executives.
To help conduct marketing research online/off line.
To perform basic admin duties including printing, sending mails and ordering office supplies. To keep office records up to date and file it properly in folders/places.
To check all incoming mails and forward to the concerning department.
To support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
To prepare documentation and reporting to the marketing department.
To prepare reports on competitorâ€™s product analysis
To correct the discrepancies in the customer account balances.
To order supplies and keeps track of the usage
To process with companyâ€™s receipts, invoices and bills.
To perform scheduling, organizing, maintaining, conducting, following up events/meetings of company executives.
Shall build good working relationship with new contacts.
To plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
To assess marketing condition and identify opportunities.
