Job Role(s) To build relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
To collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
To keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account note.
To maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving financial processes.
To perform Audit.
To report to sales managers on financial aspect as required.
To perform documenting processes and maintaining sales department records.
Knowledge of how to prepare and file IT return, GST returns, PF, etc.
To know technical terms of finance.
To manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customers touch points.
To drive movement client retention, renewals, up sells and client satisfaction.
To work closely with Associate Account Managers and Operations staff on day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up, receipt of creative or tags, trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting and quality analysis.
To prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research.
Manage weekly campaign to know status documents for review.
To provide input on new processes and workflows as needed.
To finalize all accounts.
To verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
To produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
To prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Shall maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
To avoid legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
To protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
To develop and document business processes and accounts policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
