Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all
ensure all pages, products and prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading at all times.
Create and implement tactical offers to support specific products and target specific market
Responsible for creating high lead converting landing pages, news articles and keyword rich pages.
Assist in day to day management of PPC campaigns implementation and monitoring.
Assist in day to day management of SEO strategy, implementation and monitoring.
Manage day to day social media implementation.
Cordinate all website activity with international 3rd party partners.
E-Commerce Executive -Skills and Experience Required:
Advanced ability to write and edit interesting content and excellent proofreading skills.
Analytical skills with knowledge of Google tools, Strong commercial acumen with ability to build rapport with internal and external business partners.
Knowledge of adventure travel mark
Managing website content in order to drive conversion and increase sales revenue
Using social media as a tool to identify current trends and how to capitalise upon these trends
Working closely with the designers to ensure imagery and product placement is in line with website categories
Assisting the marketing team to maximise sales through product exposure
Understanding important keywords in order to maximise the potential of site visits.
Order Fulfilment - End-to- end order processing from marketplaces / portals
Market Development - Registering on new, relevant marketplaces and listing product / catalogue
Getting brand registration and category approval on portals
Preparing sales report for management on daily basis
Launch online campaigns and promotions
Payment reconciliation and follow-ups from vendors
Regular quality check of online listings - ensuring that the product content and price is updated and is inline with the trend
Online inventory management and stock availability
Identify potential online/offline business partners to enhance business potential
Competition Analysis - Monitoring and evaluating the price of competitors and benchmarking accordingly
Returns Reconciliation, Return Management, Claim for wrong Product, Miss Shipment etc.
Handling issues and resolving
