Job Description Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Receiving and sorting daily mail
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

Candidate Eligibility

Qualification 12th(HSC), 10th(SSC)

Gender Female

Age 18 - 30,30 - 40

Languages Gujarati - Reading, Writing, Speaking
English - Reading, Writing, Speaking
Hindi - Reading, Writing, Speaking

Key Skills Decision Making Time Management Self-motivation Data Analysis

English Skills Intermediate - Easy to Understand at Most Time

Computer Skills Beginners - Know Computer Basic Operation | MS Office | Internet

Job Role(s) To receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
To receive and sort the daily mail.
To greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. To offer tea-coffee if necessary.
