Job Description Assisting and coordinating with sales team and marketing team
Supporting administrative staff
Conducting marketing research
Assisting front office staff in maintaining the office premises, scheduling events, and organizing
Preparing customer balances and reconciling accordingly
Documentation and reporting to the marketing department
Preparing reports on competitor product analysis
Correcting the discrepancies in the customer account balances,
Ordering supplies and keeping track of the usage,
Helping hr in conducting interviews
Ensuring if everything is working in a perfect manner
Keeping a close look at all equipments in the company and taking relevant action if equipment
Using technology to keep the company updated behind the curtains
Keeping office supplies stocked and
Training new employees and terminating if necessary

Candidate Eligibility

Qualification 12th(HSC)

Age 18 - 30,30 - 40

Languages Gujarati - Reading, Writing, Speaking
English - Reading, Writing, Speaking
Hindi - Reading, Writing, Speaking

Job Role(s) To assist and coordinate with sales team and marketing team.
To assist the front office team.
To support the administrative staff.
To assist front office staff in maintaining the office premises and doing scheduling, organizing, maintaining, conducting, following up events/meetings of company executives.
To support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
To prepare documentation and reporting to the marketing department.
To prepare reports on competitorâ€™s product analysis
To ensure if everything is working in a perfect/smooth manner i.e. maintenance of assets and staff.
To keep a close look at all equipments in the company and takes the relevant action if required.
To use technology to keep the company updated behind the curtains.
To keep office supplies stocked.
