Job Description Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Should be able to work with a Team.
Good at Computers.

promoting the products
customer follow-up
feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel)
Maintain register for the same.
File the requisition of staff for the use of telephones.
Prepare a list of calls made by the staff department wise and send the same to HOD.
The operator on board should be extremely courteous towards people calling from in and outside to the hospital and make them feel the operator is willing to do everything for them.
Accuracy is very essential to connect to the correct numbers required.

Job Role(s) Have through knowledge of various visas, process of applying to various/particular countries.
To evaluate eligibility and need of client.
Record and maintain client records until second stage of registration/denial.
Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
To help clients to find appropriate shipping solutions
Keep up-to-date with alterations to relevant immigration laws.
To explain students about colleges and different courses with embassy fee structure
To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students.
Follow up the clients for enrollments.
