Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Should be able to work with a Team.
Good at Computers.

Maintain register for the same.
File the requisition of staff for the use of telephones.
Operator should not be engaged in unnecessary conversation while sitting on the board.
The operator on board should be extremely courteous towards people calling from in and outside to the hospital and make them feel the operator is willing to do everything for them.
Accuracy is very essential to connect to the correct numbers required.

To prepare log for lead generation
To study the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offering.
To obtain and update the lists of individuals' contact details.
To record all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
Thoroughly understand products and its usefulness to explain on telephone.
To make sure that telephone system work smoothly without interruption.
