Job Description Determines sequence of operations by studying production schedule.
Prepares equipment for operations by accessing software in computer; loading paper into printers and plotters; preparing for output.
Starts operations by entering commands.
Maintains operations by monitoring error and stoppage messages; observing peripheral equipment; entering commands to correct errors and stoppages; reloading paper; making adjustments in process; notifying supervisor for additional resources.
Documents problems and actions by completing production logs.
Resolves user problems by answering questions and requests.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and tests; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

Job Role(s) To Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
Shall use Excel and MS office in well manner
To verify and log receipt of data.
To transfer source data into the required electronic format.
To perform high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
To verify integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
To review data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
To maintain a filing system and protects confidential customer information.
To perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
To respond to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system.
Shall use basic office equipment (photocopy machine, facsimile machine, etc.)
