Job Description Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Receiving and sorting daily mail
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

Qualification 12th(HSC)

Job Role(s) To receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
To receive and sort the daily mail.
To greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. To offer tea-coffee if necessary.
To direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
To answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
To ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
To provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
To receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
To keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
To perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
To handle event coordination, both internally and externally.
To transfer calls if necessary.
To receive and ensure that messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.
