Job Description Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.

The operator on board should be extremely courteous towards people calling from in and outside to the hospital and make them feel the operator is willing to do everything for them.
Accuracy is very essential to connect to the correct numbers required.
Operator should have the speed in connecting the calls; hence he/she will not be late in attending the calls.
Operator shall work in SHIFTS/ Overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by HOD.

Qualification 12th(HSC), B.Com. (Commerce)

Job Role(s) To promote the products.
To maintain register of calls made.
To file the requisition of staff for the use of telephones.
To prepare a list of calls made by the staff department wise and send the same to HOD.
To answer questions about products or the company.
To ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
To enter and update customer information in the database.
To study the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offering.
To obtain and update the lists of individuals' contact details.
To addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
To keep records of all leads from the trainee and also monitor them i.e. cold call, hot calls, prospects, etc.
To check the intercom lines and instruments and use the service of telephone technician in case of any repairs.
To make sure that telephone system work smoothly without interruption.
To advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies - Telemarketing Representative
