Job Description Assisting and coordinating with sales team and marketing team
Supporting administrative staff
Conducting marketing research
Assisting front office staff in maintaining the office premises, scheduling events, and organizing
Preparing customer balances and reconciling accordingly
Ordering supplies and keeping track of the usage,
Helping hr in conducting interviews
Ensuring if everything is working in a perfect manner
Keeping a close look at all equipments in the company and taking relevant action if equipment
Using technology to keep the company updated behind the curtains
Keeping office supplies stocked and
Training new employees and terminating if necessary

Job Role(s) To assist and coordinate with sales team and marketing team.
To assist the front office team.
To support the administrative staff.
To assist front office staff in maintaining the office premises and doing scheduling, organizing, maintaining, conducting, following up events/meetings of company executives.
To find out and propose for alterations/changes required in office set up, equipments, etc.
To organize staff meetings and updating calendars.
To train new employees and terminating someone if necessary.
To assist and support management.
To help HR in conducting recruitment interviews, training sessions.
To brief employee on current salary, promotion and other relevant information.
